Shared React components for multiple brands

Multiple brand websites used shared components on an existing Sitecore platform. Differences in layout and composition had to coexist with reusable UI, while broad state updates caused unnecessary rendering and visible page flickering.

I reworked components so their layout and composition could adapt to each brand. I improved local state isolation and provider boundaries to reduce unnecessary re-renders and visible flickering. I worked extensively with Cypress and Cucumber, writing tests before implementation in a test-first / BDD workflow, and collaborated with peer frontend leads on shared technical decisions.

Shared components could adapt to different brand layouts, while improved local state isolation reduced unnecessary re-renders and visible flickering. Cypress and Cucumber tests were written before implementation as part of the development workflow.
